José Luquinda, associate at PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados, and Madalena Tchiwale, trainee lawyer at PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados, will participate in the 5th Angolan Congress on Intellectual Property.
Lawyers from PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados will moderate the debates on "Trademark registration and patent creation for startups" and "Governance models for startups. Between decision-making, distribution of responsibilities and conflict resolution".
In the 5th edition of the Congress, the central theme is "For efficient legal solutions to promote and protect the startup ecosystem in Angola". With the growth of startups in Angola and with micro, small and medium-sized companies becoming true engines of economic development, this event will provide the forum for a very important debate on the main challenges and opportunities in the sector.
The event is organised by the Angolan Association of Intellectual Law, of which José Luquinda is Vice-President, and by Ponto de Vista. It also has the institutional support of INAPEM.
