General State Budget for 2025

The General State Budget for 2025, which is already in force, clarifies that companies dedicated exclusively to diamond mining are exempt from the special contribution on foreign exchange operations (CEOC). It also stipulates that interbank money market operations are exempt from the stamp duty provided for in item 16 of the table annexed to the Stamp Duty Code.
