About José
Luquinda is an associate whose practice focuses on corporate and M&A, banking and insurance, foreign investment, commercial and international contracts, technology, media and telecommunications, intellectual property and competition law.
He has advised Angolan and international business groups on multi-jurisdictional operations and has participated in due diligence processes in his various areas of expertise.
He holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica de Angola and is currently working on his master's thesis, specialising in corporate law, at the same faculty. He is a regular speaker at various events and training courses in the field of intellectual property and data protection.
Luquinda is a founding member of the Angolan Association of Intellectual Property Law, where he is currently vice-president. He is also a member of the Modernisation and Information Technology Committee of the Angolan Bar Association.
