About Emmanuel

Emmanuel is a senior associate with seven years’ experience as a lawyer. He has been focusing on corporate and commercial law, and employment and labour law. He provides legal advice on matters of regulatory law, foreign investment and corporate restructuring.

Emmanuel regularly acts for Angolan and international corporate groups in operations to acquire and dispose of shareholdings, including negotiations with banks. In the field of employment and labour law, he provides day-to-day legal support and support in preparing disciplinary proceedings and dismissal proceedings.

Emmanuel completed a postgraduate course in Angolan public law for investors and lawyers at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He is currently attending a master’s degree in legal sciences (court procedure) at the same faculty.
